“Working here is a blessing. Although CVS is a big company, and that is a plus, the people who I work with support me, and the people who I meet everyday are kind. That’s why I’ve worked here for so long. When I started working here I realized that I was a role model for my younger coworkers and that was my way of making a difference in the community by inspiring this younger generation. This is my motivation too. To inspire people to have success… [and] success for me is being happy and proud of what you’ve done. While my job is very demanding and many hours of work are put into it, the sense of accomplishment I get when something is done is joyous and my team is also proud of me. I don’t fear common things like heights or spiders, [but] I do fear failing at my job because I just want to do the right thing for everybody I’m close with. But being able to put a smile on somebody’s face because I made them happy makes my day one hundred times better.”
