Terry-Ann Gray

Terry-Ann is a 37-year-old business owner from Jamaica, who owns her own nursing company. For the past five years, her job has been to get nurses to work in nursing homes for the elderly, or hire them out as private nurses. Gray has about 50 nurses working under her and is very proud of what she does. However  getting to where she is now wasn’t easy. Her greatest fear is her company not growing.

“My career has had many ups and downs, but it’s going pretty good now,”she said.

She hopes that in the next year or two that her business will grow even more.

“I would like to get more patients” she says while her talking about her future,”said Gray.
