A Quinceañera is a party for a 15-year-old girl, and this year on Halloween we had a surprise party for my friend Kelly. She turned 15 this year and in Hispanic culture, a 14-year-old girl turning 15 is very special, and that calls for a celebration! With the pandemic of Covid-19, we weren’t able to have a big party which is how a Quinceañera is normally like, instead, we had a smaller version.
