Plastic affects our ecosystem globally, especially our oceans. Marine life in our oceans is decreasing rapidly, putting our animals to the brink of

extinction. This consumable water pouch uses a plastic skin made out of  seaweed as a capsule to protect the water, this is called the Orb. Skipping Rocks Lab invented

the Orb with brown algae making it edible by peeling the skin off and popping it in your mouth.

Overall the Orb is a great invention to eliminate plastic out of the equation from killing our marine life. All the pollution and trash our planet is consuming is bad for the ecosystem, this will give

our marine life a better chance of survival.
