Seyling Montalvan, SBHS Student

Seyling Montalvan is a 17-year-old senior at South Broward high school.

She is currently working at Marcos pizza but wants to look for better opportunities elsewhere. With work and school, she does not have much time to hang out with friends or join clubs but does want to participate in all the senior events.

Right now, she is mainly trying to work hard so she can have enough money to fix her car and help pay for college. She plans on going to Broward college and getting her real estate license.

She also wants to get her degree in business. Her main interest includes make-up and fashion. She has even considered doing make-up as a profession but ultimately decided that it was best kept as a hobby.   

Montalvan hopes that this year she can hang out with her friends more and try new things.

When she turns 18, she wants to try out skydiving. Maybe travel to Korea later on in her life and explore the culture. 

One day she also wants to return to Nicaragua and visit her family and childhood home.
