Lucas Villamarin, Freshman

South Broward High School student, Lucas Villamarin, 14, is determined to get good grades in his first year of high school.

“I came from Avant Grade and by experience, I can say that is very different here in South Broward. I like it,” said Villamarin.

He said he feels like he’s free in this school.

“I can study whatever I want, and I can find what I enjoy,” said Villamarin.

One of his many hobbies is basketball. What he likes about it is his ability to play the sport, his height is his best advantage.

“I am naturally good at it, my good makes me good at this sport considering how tall I am, 5’10,” said Villamarin.
