Emily Adair

Emily Adair is a 16-year-old Sophomore at McArthur High School. She loves playing volleyball and hopes to get on her school team. Her position in volleyball is an outside hitter, and she is really comfortable with that area of the court.

Adair never knew she liked volleyball until her friend introduced her to that sport then she instantly fell in love. She likes it, because it is a team sport which makes you communicate with people and makes you exercise all of her body.

“Volleyball creates life time memories that’s what I love,” said Emily Adair.

A weakness Adair has in school is mathematics. She doesn’t like it because she never had a good teacher to help her understand the lessons she had problems with.

Her greatest achievement is a comeback her and her teammates had in a volleyball game. Her team was down by two points, and they came back and won 3-2.

When she’s older she wants to be a volleyball player and make her parents proud.
