Gabriella Abaiev

Gabriella “Gaby” Abaiev is an 18-year-old girl from Broward County. She lives with her mother, father, and little brother, Spencer. She has just graduated from Cypress Bay High. She is very sad to be leaving her family, but she will be moving to New York City in August to start her first semester of college at the Juilliard Drama School.

“I’ve been traveling to New York a lot since I was 13. The opportunities there are everlasting,” said Abaiev.

She would like to be an actress and has been working towards it for years.

“I starred in Hairspray at my school in freshman year. I’ve known that I want to be an actress since I can last remember, but my first performance really made me realize that this is what I was made for.” she said.

Other than being an actress, Abaiev loves to play softball. She managed to play varsity softball and star in every play for all four years of her high school career.

She will not be playing softball in college, but she is very excited for the opportunities of The Big Apple.
