Joseph Companion

Joseph Companion looks up to police, fireman and paramedics. So much so, he wants to become one.

“Both my parents are cops,” he said.

Joseph Companion wants to follow in his parents footsteps to be a hero and make a positive change in the world. When he graduates highs school Companion wants to be a firefighter for the Hollywood fire department. He believes fire to be extremely dangerous and terrifying but also thinks it is a very important tool.

“Fire scares everyone, but you just have to learn to deal with it correctly,” he said ” Its a tool, but it also has the potential to be dangerous.”

Companion is also interested in the exact opposite of fire, water. Fascinated by marine mechanics, he loves learning about boats and other vessels. He thinks that the ocean is an extremely beautiful place and deserves to be explored.

When the time is right, Companion wants to get married and have children. He doesn’t mind  if they don’t follow in his footsteps and continue the long line of first responder, but rather wants them to aspire to be what they want to be.
