Megan Cameron, Publix Cashier
Megan Cameron is an 18-year-old woman, who works as a Publix cashier and is also a full time college student at FGCU (Florida Gulf Coast University). Cameron fears that she won’t be able to balance work and college at the same time to be able to live her dream as a paramedic. She always wanted to be a paramedic ever since she was little, and she is determined to become one.
“Throughout the eighteen years of my life I’ve been faced with many challenges, especially the challenge of living and caring for myself. Life is very challenging. Everyday I’ve face multiple challenges and fears. But I am fighting through all the hardships to get through school, so I can live my dream to become a paramedic. [And] I will live my dream no matter what life throws at me.”
