Melissa Alvarez

Melissa Alvarez is a academically outstanding student in the 12th grade at South Broward high school .

Melissa Alvarez transferred over from McArthur during her sophomore year.  She enjoys going for runs and hanging out with her friends on her free time . Alvarez has always been committed to getting good grades and achieving her goals .

“I’ve achieved a lot since i transferred from Mcarthur, South Broward has offered me a abundance of different opportunities in regards to the variety of AP classes available to me here,” shares Alvarez.

Alvarez GPA  is at its best right now and along with her credits to graduate .  Although getting through senior year is going smoothly Alvarez says ” I dealt with a lot my junior year , I had a lot of downfalls in my life such as my grandma passing and relationship heartbreak . I didn’t let this stop me and i won’t ever let it , now I look forward to walking across that stage as proud of myself as i can be.”
