Mimi Alvarez

Mimi Alvarez is a junior at South Broward High School. In her free time, Alvarez loves spending time with her friends. Some of her dislikes are people who chew really loudly and people who are way too serious or mean when talking to her friends.

“If I could tell my past self one thing, it would be to grow up,” Alvarez said. 

She enjoys art. In fact, she placed in the top five of city youth artists in Massachusetts, even when she had a troubled past. Alvarez wants to travel to New York when she’s done with high school and go to college where she wants to study interior architecture.
