SBHS Freshman, Athena Hawn

Athena Hawn, a freshman at SBHS who just transferred from where most freshmen are from at SBHS, Olsen Middle School.

She is from Russia and moved here to America at a young age.

“The heat here is very different from the cold in Russia,” said Hawn.

Hawn thinks that South Broward is a good school that is filled with many activities. She was mostly interested in joining the SBHS volleyball or cheerleading team. She is very excited about her first freshman year of SBHS and expects lots of greatness.

“This is going to be a good year,” said Hawn.
