Character Day “Guess Who”
On Tuesday, December 10th, it was Character Day from spirit week. The students were thriving in school spirit wearing different things roaming the halls.
Character Day is when you represent a person from a film, play, or story.
Some people wore things that related to Christmas such as: elves, Santa Claus, gingerbread man, and deer. They also wore their favorite character from a cartoon like Toy Story as Woody or Jessie.
Students may dress up as a character because they love their personality. They may be inspired by the determination of one’s character.
Characters are what make us who we are.
Character Day is where students dress up as characters who have admirable traits that are honorable. Some traits the character may show are: honesty, loyalty, responsibility, and courage.
Character is defined by what life they lead. Representing a character means representing a personality type. It’s to portray the meaning of a character.
