Doug Jones, a former prosecutor and a Democrat, won Alabama Senate against Roy Moore late Tuesday night.

Roy Moore is a Republican who has been accused of sexual abuse against nine underage girls. Doug Jones won 49.9% of Alabama, while Roy Moore won 48.4%.

This marks the first time in 25 years that a Democrat has won an Alabama senate seat.
