Officials have reported that at least two people died and three were injured Sunday night after a helicopter with six people abroad crashes into a river in New York City. The pilot got out safely while three people were in the river and rescuers pulled them out and took them to nearby hospitals. Two of the critical victims were sent to New York’s Bellevue Hospital with no heartbeat and were not expected to survive, a source told Fox News. The third critical victim was rushed to NYU Langone Hospital.
