South Broward Plays a Close Game against North Miami

In a hard-fought, nail-biting, overtime game the SBHS Bulldogs managed to pull-off a win, beating the North Miami Pioneers 28-21.  

In the first quarter, South Broward did an excellent job moving the ball down the field, putting the first points on the scoreboard against North Miami. 

The Pioneers fought back, landing two touchdowns bringing the score 14 to 7 Bulldogs up.  

Going into the second half, the Dog fight began, the Pioneers started it off with a touchdown upping the score 14 to 21.

The Bulldogs did not give up and fought hard to tie up the score 21-21. 

 The Bulldogs kept shutting down the Pioneers offense from scoring at all and pushed the game into overtime.

At the 10-yard line, the Bulldog’s quarter back threw a perfect spiral to receiver Jade Card, who leaped over the Pioneer’s defense and scored, leading to a win for the Bulldogs.
