Alex Poholski is a 15 year old sophomore at South Broward High School. He chose Photojournalism as a class because he enjoys taking photos and also wants to get better at taking them.

Poholski grew up in Hollywood Beach FL. His favorite movie is “The Fast and the Furious” because he enjoys watching action and street racing and his favorite quote is,”I HAVE A DREAM” -Martin Luther King Jr. It emphasizes how dedicated and committed he was to make a change.

He has traveled around Europe and the countries he visited were Poland, Germany, Slovakia, Italy, France, Spain, and the U.K. His favorite hobbies are working out and playing video games.One thing that people do not know about him would be that he speaks two different languages; English and Polish. His favorite weekend activities are hanging out with his friends at the beach and have a good time.

Poholski likes both American football and European football.

His academic strengths are in mathematics, but he gets stressed at school because he needs to make sure he turns in all of his assignments on time. The most difficult thing for him being a student is waking up early.
