Kevin Olortegui is a 16-year-old junior at SBHS.

Born in Hollywood, Florida. His hobby’s since eight grade was playing sports and taking photos. He had never really liked taking photos since his parents always told him to, but overtime he started to get better at photography and loved it ever since.

He had one year of experience of yearbook and wanted to do more. He joined journalism to expand his photography and had an opportunity to become a photographer for journalism.

“I can’t wait for this new opportunity and expand my creativity,” said Olortegui.

Other hobby’s he does is marching band, engineering, building and fixing technology.
