Stephen Coates, 17 year old senior at South Broward High. He enjoys driving his motorcycle and going to church on his free time. It is his first year in journalism. He thinks that it is an amazing opportunity to take this class because it was in his interest. But, he is mainly interested in motor vehicles and trying new cuisines

"Going fast is therapy," said Coates

He grew up in Dania Beach, Florida where during the time he attended Nova High school in Davie, Florida. He moved to Texas when he was 13 and lived there for a year. Moving affected many relationships. During his time in Texas he played many sports such as football and track.

"Never had many friends people ain't trust worthy," he said.

Coates looks up to God because he's the creator of this world and can change your life for the better.

"Life is short but eternity is longer," said Coates.
