Georgina Paez, Editor
Georgina Paez is a 17-year-old senior at South Broward High School. She grew up in Miami and moved to Hollywood in 2019 when she was about 13 years old.
“It was rough to move to a whole different city at first but it ended up being one of the best things to happen to me,” said Paez.
Paez looks up to her mom a lot because of how independent and hardworking she is.
She took speech class with Ms. Mayorga last school year and decided to come back because she loved it.
“I hope to run social media accounts like the bulldogbarkjournalism Instagram,” said Paez.
Paez was only 11 years old when she had to get back surgery and after 4 months of her surgery she decided to model, which was something that had saved her life. People would think of her either as being a brat or a drama queen just because she's very outspoken.
"As a model people always assume I'm a stuck up but in reality it saved my life," said Paez.
Paez is a very social and friendly person and loves to participate in many school activities like spirit week, homecoming, and more. She enjoys being at South Broward, although it's her last year in high school.
“I want to do the most I can to enjoy my final year,” said Paez.
