Testing: Progress Overload

Have parents taught their kids about testing? Testing has been around for decades but over the years it has increased in length and difficulty. This is getting to the point where the students in school are now being overwhelmed with tests. More importantly, the kids of South Broward High. Students feel like they are being ran to death with this process. This is a bad thing and it may impact their education.
“I test about three to four times a week and this is affecting me in a bad way,” said the senior in South Broward High. He is being overwhelmed in tests and he hates it. This senior is always ahead of work when it comes to academics. Another senior said “I test twice a week but I study all night to take these tests and it is affecting my sleep.” Testing is affecting his sleeping schedule. “I have been doing this for years now.” He said
The overload of tests being taken by the students of South Broward High has affected them negatively. The school should change what they do with testing. “These things are going way too far” said one student. After all, they are still kids.
