Wesley Telfort

Wesley Telfort is a basketball player as well as myself. He also attended South Broward and is an Alumni of this school. While attending the school he didn’t do any extracurricular activities because he preferred to “focus solely on school work” he says. For the most of his life he lived in South Florida but is originally from New York where some of his family still lives and he visits throughout the year when he isn’t in school. Some of his favorite things to do is playing basketball, talking with his friends, and enjoying time with his family. One of his best friends is his older sister that steers him to stay focus and focus on priorities. His greatest fear is failure to succeed his personal expectations, he says “failure is not a option” and also not being there for his family when they need him the most. Lastly I finished off asking him what keeps you motivated and he stated
“My family is what keeps me going, seeing them work hard to provide for me all my life is more than I can ever ask for.”
