What team? Wildcats! The Hollywood Wildcats soccer club brings soccer lovers together to play on a recreational team. The club separates the players based on age. One specific team belonging to the club has taken a bigger step in playing the game.

The U17 girls team decided to take on a challenge and become a travel team, which would mean playing harder teams.

Many of the girls have been playing on the team for years together.

“I’ve been playing for the team for eight years.” said Marti Fishkin, who plays forward.

The girls tied both games of the Commissioner’s Cup on Saturday March 17, 2018. They will go to the semi finals this weekend, March 24, 2018. They have been working hard on the upcoming weeks preparing for the cup.

“I like to listen to music and just have fun when warming up,” said Dani Fishkin.

The girls work well together and will continue to work hard in the future.
