The Slap That Stunned The World

I’m sure we’ve all seen the world gasp after Actor Will Smith smacks Chris rock in the face after His “ G.I Jane “ joke was made towards his wife Jada Smith.

There are many questions on what went down that night.

Let’s see what one of South Broward’s students think about the event that’s taking over the world right now.

18 Year old Cassandra Green is a senior who was actually watching the Oscars live during the event.

“ I thought it was pretty funny, I mean he was laughing at first. I don’t know what ticked him off to act like that,” said Green.

Green believes that Will Smith’s actions towards Chris Rock was extremely inappropriate especially to do in such a public area.

“It was extremely uncalled for. He is a comedian that’s what he does, crack jokes, That’s all it was” said Green. 

Do you think Mr. Smith took it too far?

“ If i were in Chris Rock’s shoes me and Will are gonna have to duke it out and he’s gonna be knocked out on that stage,”said Green

She believes that Mr. Smith deserves some form of legal action put against him.

“ I don’t think Will should be able to do that and get away with it like nothing ever happened,” said Green.
