Fourteen-year-old girl Ariana Willis is a freshman at South Broward High school. She came from a private school called “Master Mind.”
At her old school, there was a cheer squad, but Willis did not join. This year, however, she decided to become part of the SBHS cheer team. It’s her first time cheerleading, and she finds it enjoyable.
“It’s super fun cheerleading with my fellow cheerleaders because it is nicer doing things together than by yourself,” Willis Said.
Even though schoolwork can be stressful sometimes, her favorite class is personal finance.
If Willis’s wants to inspires someone, she will tell them; “To be nice to others, have integrity and always do the right thing. “
Next year, when she is a sophomore, her advice to future freshman will be to “stay focused and stand your ground.”
