Coach Koch is a teacher and baseball coach at South Broward. He teaches digital media which is a subject where students can learn about computers and all the computer parts.
He’s been at South Broward for 27 years.
“South Broward is like my second home,” said Koch.
He attended South Broward himself and graduated in 1985.
Koch’s father and son also attended South Broward, both played baseball for the school.
“My father was a coach for about 20 years,” said Koch.
Although Koch likes the diversity this school has but, he dislikes the usage of phones. His goals for the future are to exercise, become a better teacher, build the Leo club, and become a better pickle-ball player.
Coach Koch is 56 years old. He loves going to concerts. His favorite band is Boston and he has also been to the watch the band KISS. One thing that makes him special in South Broward is that he’s the only bus driver at South Broward.
Coach Koch always wants his student to live by this quote.
“Never give up on your dreams.”
