SBHS sophomore Antonio Lane is a star offensive line on the Bulldogs football team who has great blocking skills. Although Lane has been playing since he was four years old, he did not play football in his freshman year. While Lane is not in school, he goes to work with his grandad or his dad.
It's his first year on the team and he hopes it’s a breakout season for him. Lane has two years left before he graduates and goes to college on a full ride football scholarship. The sophomore looks up to Philadelphia Eagles' offense center Jason Kelcy.
"He plays the same position as I do on the o-line, and he is a beast at what he does,’’ said Lane.
His favorite college is Alabama University, but when the time comes, he will take whatever is his best option.
