Brooke Knight, 14, is a Freshman at South Broward High School and can’t wait to dig into photography this year.
“I originally chose Journalism because I want to do photography and learn more about it,” said Knight.
In addition to loving photography, Knight loves to write creative pieces. It’s something calming to do in her free time she says. Although Knight loves journalism and photography, she doesn't want to choose it as a career path. She’d rather go to space and explore the unknown of the place above.
“I want to go to Brown University and become an aerospace engineer and go to space,” she said.
Brown University is her dream school, she has been wanting to go there ever since she was little. Knight fell in love with science all because of a project that she did in 6th grade. She says that it inspired her love for space.
