Maya Hernendez- Bravo, Contributor
This is Maya Hernandez - Bravo, a sophomore who attends South Broward High School. She grew up in and around Miramar FL, and although Hernandez-Bravo moved around a lot she did not mind it.
She's the middle of five, with two younger brothers and 2 older sisters, and a pet cat named Migi, and a dog named Chico. She took journalism Freshman year at Macarthur High School and is continuing here to develop her reporting skills, with an eye on photography here at The Bull Dog Bark. Her favorite movie is “Totoro” by studio Ghibli, or really any Studio Ghibli films, because “they have nice art in their movies and it is very cute.” In her free time, she likes playing Minecraft on her own and with friends. She joined her truck driver dad on a road trip across the U.S. “We went to almost every state,” she said.
